I’ve always moved through life a little slower - not by choice, but by necessity. Over time, though, I’ve come to see the beauty in it. In being intentional, in listening to my body, in letting my energy flow where it matters most. 🧘♀️
And even with the chronic, often invisible, conditions I’ve lived with since childhood, I’ve stayed true to my name, and continued shining bright. 🌟
Life has also taught me that I’m not meant to chase what isn’t aligned. I’m not here to be anyone’s backup plan.
And honestly, I carry so much gratitude for each time I was guided away from people or spaces that didn’t see my worth. 🙏
Here’s to the light that stays, even in the slow seasons. And to choosing yourself - gently, fully, always. ✨
